John Gismondi is the owner of U.S. Americans Inc., a company that processes approximately 350 H-2B and H-2A applications each year. With more than three decades of experience as a business owner, John first became involved with the H-2B program in 1993 while running his landscaping company, which he founded in 1988 and continues to operate today. He also owns a pool cleaning business, established in 2019, which likewise utilizes the H-2B program to meet seasonal workforce needs. Through these ventures, John has built extensive expertise in navigating the complexities of the H-2B and H-2A visa processes, helping other businesses secure the talent they need to thrive. Outside of work, John enjoys traveling and cooking. He resides in Westbury, NY.
