Executive Director, Seasonal Employment Alliance
Gray Delany is the Executive Director of the Seasonal Employment Alliance (SEA), a national trade association dedicated to ensuring the viability of the temporary, non-immigrant H-2B visa program for seasonal businesses. Prior to joining SEA, Gray served as campaign manager for Michael Del Rosso for Congress in Virginia and was one of two staffers who ran Dave Brat's successful primary campaign against House Majority Leader Eric Cantor in 2014. He is the co-author of a book about the campaign titled How to Bag a RINO. Gray was educated at the University of Richmond and resides in Charlottesville, Virginia.


Membership Coordinator and Director of Special Projects
Zander Kerns is the Membership Coordinator and Director of Special Projects at the Seasonal Employment Alliance (SEA), a national trade association dedicated to ensuring the viability of the temporary, non-immigrant H-2B visa program for seasonal businesses. Prior to joining SEA in 2024, Zander worked with Labor Consultants International, where he spent two years assisting clients in navigating the H-2B application process. He also holds an active real estate license and has a background in business and client relations. Zander was raised in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and currently resides with his wife in Rathdrum, Idaho.
Senior Vice President, External Affairs
Megan Wright joins the Seasonal Employment Alliance (SEA) as the SVP of External Affairs, bringing over a decade of experience in the H-2B space. Prior to SEA, Megan worked in business expansion for Màs Labor, a co-founder of the trade association, and inside the U.S. Department of Labor with Booz Allen Hamilton. Megan started her career in hospitality, working closely with the H-2B program at the Kiawah Island Golf Resort. She was educated at Virginia Tech University and holds a Project Management Professional certification. Megan currently lives in Gordonsville, Virginia with her husband and son on a small horse farm.
