The Seasonal Employment Alliance (SEA) was founded with the overarching goal of persistent advocacy of Congress and the administration. Our success and growth are powered entirely by our dedicated grassroots network. Securing permanent H-2B cap relief and greater program certainty — such as the Certified Seasonal Employer Designation — depends on your active support, both in time and financial commitment. That’s why we are establishing the SEA Advocate Program: to recognize our most engaged members and inspire others to become involved in our political advocacy efforts.

Says Gray Delany, SEA's Managing Director, "SEA became the leading H-2B advocacy organization as a result of our membership's political advocacy efforts. Now, we are creating a program to reward and incentivize our most engaged members. We have many members who continually step up when asked - whether that be through donations, developing relationships with their members of Congress or attending our events - and we want them to know they are recognized and appreciated. We also want to grow this group by leaps and bounds this year as we work to bring much needed certainty to the program in a highly uncertain time.”

Become a SEA Advocate today!

To become a SEA Advocate, there are three simple steps that must be met each year to qualify.

Annual Requirements:

1. DONATE: Donate to one of SEA’s organized Congressional fundraisers.

2. PARTICIPATE: Attend one or more of SEA’s events (Fly-Ins, Mar-a-Lago, Labor Forum and/or Fall Strategy Meeting).

3. ACTIVATE: Respond to SEA’s political calls to action (e.g., contact your member of Congress to ask him/her to sign letter to DHS requesting expedited visa release).
