2026 Fall Retreat in Charlottesville, Virginia

Prior to the 2026 SEA Fall Strategy Session at the iconic Greenbrier Resort, October 6th-9th, we will be hosting a retreat in beautiful Charlottesville, VA (just 1 hour and 45 minutes from Greenbrier Resort).

Charlottesville has become quite the H-2B hub: It is home to SEA agents MAS Labor and Seasonal Workforce Strategies, the homebase of SEA, and in addition, SEA founders Libby Whitley and Dave Fulton reside just a short drive south.

Given this, we thought it was an excellent opportunity to host our membership in Charlottesville, during the most scenic time of year.

Sunday, October 4th

-5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Welcome Reception hosted by Dave Fulton and Libby Whitley Location provided upon RSVP

Monday, October 5th

Recreational Activities:

- Golf at Keswick Hall and Estate

- Visit the Founding Fathers’ Trail (Monticello, Montpelier, and Ash Lawn)

- Tour the University of Virginia

- Winery Visits

Reception at Trump Winery hosted by MAS Labor

Tuesday, October 6th

- Depart for the Greenbrier

There is no room block. Recommended hotels include Keswick Hall (ask us for discount if interested), the Omni, Boar's Head Resort (includes access to award winning sports club) and The Albemarle Estate (located at the Trump Winery).
