Join Us in May for a Fly-in to Washington D.C.
Our D.C. Fly-in is taking place in May. The fly-in is strategically timed to coincide with the FY27 House Appropriations process. We were very close to getting the Certified Seasonal Employer language into the FY26 Appropriations minibus thanks to the support of Congressman Harris and the White House and as we see with the delayed arrival of workers this year, we must obtain more certainty than the DHS discretionary release. It is not sustainable.
The next step is to get the CSE Designation included in the FY27 House and Senate DHS Appropriations baseline bill. The House FY27 DHS Appropriations baseline bill will most likely be released in late May or early June. Fortunately, we have the support of the White House which will only help our cause. Given that we have the support of the President and four corners of DHS appropriations subcommittees, now is the time to get this done.
