On behalf of the SEA team, we want to thank the SEA membership for making our the 2026 Political Advocacy Fundraiser such a tremendous success. We raised over $100,000 for our 2026 advocacy campaign, the highest to date, and over $200,000 for Congressman Andy Harris!
The festivities kicked off with the Thursday Welcome Reception at the Trump International Golf Course. SEA Chairman Peter Petrina welcomed everyone to South Florida before introducing the star of the show, Congressman Andy Harris. A fireside chat was then held between SEA Managing Director Gray Delany and Congressman Harris.. Harris discussed his dogged effort to the get the Certified Seasonal Employer language included in the appropriations bill and how he was able to leverage the language being pulled to get the administration to release the maximum number of visas. He then discussed the plan to get the language across the finish line.
We were proud to present Dr. Harris with the inaugural Seasonal Employment Alliance H-2B Champion Award, along with a framed token of our appreciation for his unwavering support of seasonal employers. He said he plans to hand the award in his Congressional office. Well earned!

The greatest reaction, however, came when we proudly presented the Congressman with a lottery-style check for his campaign-- a whopping $210,500 was raised to support his Congressional campaign and efforts to avoid being redistricted from his Congressional seat. SEA consultant and long-time fundraiser Caroline Wren said this was the most she has ever seen raised at an event with only hard dollars. A truly unprecedented number and only thanks to your support!
While Friday morning's weather did not cooperate for attendees hoping to lounge at the Beach Club, the golfers still managed to get a few holes in at Trump International, while Mar-a-Lago graciously extended invitations for all luncheon patrons at the Main House-- what a treat! All of this led to a wonderful evening for our gala. We were lucky to hear from both Stephen Moore, of Unleash Prosperity, as well as Caroline Wren, about the impacts of the program and how our efforts are continuing to shape the future of the H-2B program. SEA is truly at the tip of the policy spear and we are positioned to make meaningful change now more than ever!

Thank you to the over 60 SEA members who attended our November 2025 H-2B Fly-In. We came to D.C.
